House Bill 2035, the Anti-Red Flag bill, has been filed, which would prohibit red flag gun confiscation from becoming law in Tennessee.

Under Red Flag laws such as the proposed House Bill 1574, gun owners can have their firearms forcibly confiscated without being convicted or even accused of a crime!

All it takes is for a power-tripping police officer or even a woke disgruntled family member to make a report on your "dangerous" Facebook post from the gun range, and police can be sent to your house without warning to bust down your door and confiscate your firearms.
