As a Granite Stater, I'm asking you to support House Bill 1377, the NH Right to Work Act.
Forcing workers to pay dues to a union as a condition of employment is an affront on our constitutionally-protected right of association. No one should be forced to pay someone else for the right to work.
Thankfully, the New Hampshire Right to Work Act would correct this injustice.
Forced unionism is an afront to true labor freedom by compelling workers to fund political efforts they may not agree with while also establishing an undue regulation on the market.
For these reasons, and more, I support House Bill 1377 and the ending of forced unionism in New Hampshire. I hope you will join me in doing so.
