Help Pass Initiative Petition Reform in Missouri
Missouri's State Constitution is one of the easiest in the country to amend, requiring just a small number of signatures and a 50% + one vote at the ballot box -- opening Missourians up to tyrannical mob rule. Resolutions currently under consideration in the Missouri State Senate would change Initiative Petitions to also require a 50% + one vote in a majority of Missouri's 163 State House districts, ensuring there is a consensus amongst Missouri voters across the state to make often drastic changes to our founding document. If passed, a question for voters to approve this resolution would then appear on the ballot.
By signing your name, a pre-written email will automatically be sent to your State Senator, State Representative, and Senate Leadership to encourage them to pass Initiative Petition Reform without delay.
